A few years back I worked in the studio at Buddy Valastro's bakery in Hoboken, N.J and almost became a diabetic, the food he makes is exquisite and it almost made the family owned business a household name in casinos "Carlos Bakery".
But like everything else in life you need those people behind the scenes to make a show like; "Buddy's Big Bake-Off" something the audience love. I think Yuna Ma and the rest of his production team did just that, glad to be part.

Every few years Jimmy comes to Brooklyn and goes live and does the 'Jimmy Kimmel Show'
Some of the most professional and courteous people from Los Angeles are in this production company
And Jimmy Kimmel is such a gentleman he thanks everyone 'instead of screaming at the crew for not doing something'
Bottom line; You have a happy production crew, you have a great show.
Our ringleader 'Matt Musgrave' was the guy behind the scene which made this week a sucess.

Nobody ever reads these posts anyway so let me tell you a story; My Grandfather worked at the Nabisco Plant for 35 years in NYC, he passed away in the 1980's.
Anyway here I am another 30 years later at the Food Network located at 75 9th Ave, NYC and I'm talking to someone and they tell me the Food Network used to be a factory run by Nabisco (The same place my grandfather worked at for 35 years) 'Spooky?' Lol.
Anyway...... anyway....great job by all the production peeps at Notional LLC filming CHOPPED Jr. our NEW hit on the Food Network, great talent working behind the scenes as well as the up and coming chefs as conteders, can't duledge too much information, all I can say is its a great show, watch it! Loe Fahie and Jeremy Kolomer run the production team like a winning world series contender, we appreciate us being part of the team. See you in a few weeks!

Thanks;
Steve/Jeanne

I pat myself on the back for talking a stroll on the beach last week and giving out my business card to a production company manager 'Isiah Brightly'  while they were breaking down from filming a commercial, 1 week later we get a call from that same production company "Particle '3' for an assignment. Fate I guess?

That was pretty cool especially seeing the 'Hulkster' & Al Gore....well.....lets put it this way...'Global Warning'...is not my cup of tea because I always remember freezing my butt off in December and trying to get my vehicle out of the snow every year, Hulkster aka Hulk Hogan shook my hand a few years back 'and almost broke it' and said; "Hulk Hogan loves the NYC Fire Department" that meant alot to me especially when it was after 911.
ANYWAY....was a pleasure working with Dan Halperin at 'Casbah productions' hope to you  and your L.A peeps sooner than later, AND the show looks great, can't wait to see it.

What a great bunch of cast and Characters we have on the set of CHOPPED. One thing about Season 18,19,20 is that its better then season 15,16,17.
THIS show has been copied so many times lately I get the sense that the E.P are taking this as a complement.
Bottom line...can't say too much...shows will be broadcasted in the future but I can thank; Jeremy Kolomer and Loe Fahie, other then that I have to keep an eye over my shoulder for the 'Food Network Police'

Its very difficult for me to write a blog and really not say anything because of those 'dang' confidentiality agreements I've signed, so as much as you think I'm very boring writing these 'BLOGS' its not my fault, between the Food Network Police and the Viacom Swat team I have to watch what I post and pictures are basically a 'No-No' BUT sometimes.......Lol.
Again thanks for your understanding.....I'm really a good writer....I'm a lousy speller, but I think I could someday write a screenplay about the adventures of production without getting 'Dirty looks' in the kitchen like Anthony Bourdine.
Be safe and thanks for reading.

What a lot of history the battleship INTREPID has.
Ever since being docked permantly at her dock on the west side of NYC the place has become a meca for WW2 buffs so it was a privledge to be able to work an assignment with MTV on the actually 'Flight Deck', Melissa Spitzer did a great job and everything went off without a glitch.

Lets see how far I can get in writting this before I go off-track.
#1- Thank-you Mr. Donald Trump for your generosity to all those charities you helped out in this season of Celebrity All Star Apprentice 2013
#2- Special thanks to Penn Jillette & the winner Trace Adkins for there grueling work to benefit the under-privledge and especially the
RED CROSS {Thats was Trace Atkins Charity}

We just finished our 13th season The Apprentice, with the last 7 being Celebrity Apprentice and the show looks better and better.
Many people would be flabbergasted at all the work that goes on behind the scene, if you knew some of the tasks that had to be done on a daily 'Be done by yesterday' ritual, you would be taking anti-depressants for the rest of your life, not only is it stressful its, YOUR work and its on NETWORK TELEVISION (NBC) L-I-V-E
So without further ado; Great job to all those 'Kats & Kittens' behind the magic curtian that make everything fall into place, and Cyndi Owgang of course.
See you next year!

Thanks

Lol....here I go again...we just spent 42 days of shooting Season 15,16,17 of FOOD NETWORKS top show CHOPPED and I can't tell you anything or else Food Network police will come knocking on my door and Whisk me away to an undisclosed location and set me in a room at 425 degree's for 2.5 hours. I can say being associated with a 'top notch' production company called Notional LLC and having a great executive producer like Loe Fahie makes other networks jealous of the magic we create on a working 'Set'.

Welcome Jeremy Kolomer & Emma Belli to the 'CHOPPED' production team, give it a few weeks before you start getting stressed out."welcome to show business". Its a great feeling being associated with a TOP viewer ratting show, can't say enough about Linda Lea, Vivian Sorenson & Loe Fahie without those three we would have MAJOR problem, and Ted Allen looks great...thanks Ted for keeping us employed lol.
