Great place to film at 'Broadway Stages' in Long Island City.....so glad those places are back.
Alden McLellan from Atlantic Pictures did an outstanding job getting the medics the day before Lol.

Thanks

Just finished (Whew)...after 41 days of filming I think we beat the Almighty when it comes to creating. (40 days and 40 nights?) LOL...not really BUT it does come close....Not Really Lol. What a great bunch of cast and Characters we have on the set of CHOPPED. One thing about Season 18,19,20 is that its better then season 15,16,17.
THIS show has been copied so many times lately I get the sense that the E.P are taking this as a complement.
Bottom line...can't say too much...shows will be broadcasted in the future but I can thank; Jeremy Kolomer and Loe Fahie, other then that I have to keep an eye over my shoulder for the 'Food Network Police'

Thanks;
Steve/Jeanne

Working next door to the World Trade Center was very humbling, lots of memories BUT as they say in 'Show Business' the show must go on, doesn't mean we erase the fact of what happen was one of the worst things that could happen, its just they we all must continue forward.
Great job Pauline Koffman from MTV Networks at the 'CONRAD' the other day, what a wonder place this turned out to be huh?

Thanks;
Steve/Jeanne

Its very difficult for me to write a blog and really not say anything because of those 'dang' confidentiality agreements I've signed, so as much as you think I'm very boring writing these 'BLOGS' its not my fault, between the Food Network Police and the Viacom Swat team I have to watch what I post and pictures are basically a 'No-No' BUT sometimes.......Lol.
Again thanks for your understanding.....I'm really a good writer....I'm a lousy speller, but I think I could someday write a screenplay about the adventures of production without getting 'Dirty looks' in the kitchen like Anthony Bourdine.
Be safe and thanks for reading.
